I can’t say enough good things about this gym! Growing up, I was never particularly athletic, so I never truly understood the value of great coaching or the feeling of being part of a team. But this place has completely changed that—it’s become a second home for me. The ladies' class is phenomenal, and the level of support here is unmatched. Everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed, both on and off the mats.

The instructors are not only highly experienced but also masters of the little details that make techniques effective. Each brings their own unique style, creating a well-rounded learning experience. Even more importantly, they help you tailor the techniques to fit your personal style and game plan, making sure you develop in a way that works best for you.

I’ve trained at TSH for over a year and I’ve had so much support and progress from this crew. I was completely out of shape and nervous to jump in with these impressive folks. I was immediately surprised how many people here at the gym welcomed me and worked with me to become a better and more fit me. I consider everyone here family at this point and I continue to improve. This community has incredible talent and the urge to share. Shawn Hammonds and his team are incredible and eager to share their impressive knowledge with anyone walking through the door for their first time. I would encourage anyone anyone to show up and give it a try. You will find a team that has your best interest in mind.

Great place to train! Shawn was kind enough to offer me a place to train while I was in town for a couple days. Really enjoyed the flow of the class as well as the facility as a whole!
